When making your dials, it will be crucial to know which leads you've attempted to call already and this is why we've built in a "Call Attempt" feature.
How to Set Up Contact Attempts
How to use the Call Attempt feature
Tagging Clients
Once you've completed a contact attempt (Dial) for a client, you will tag them as 'ca'
This will trigger an automation that will remove the 'ca' tag in 8 hours.
Using Smartlists
In order for the 'ca' tag above to work, you'll have to make sure that the Smartlist you are using will exclude anyone tagged 'ca'.
This way, once you've tagged people as 'ca', you can go back to your smartlist and empty out the list until you've contacted everyone. 8 hours after tagging them, they will be put back into the smart list again.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does 60 calls mean 60 people to talk to?
Does 60 calls mean 60 people to talk to?
No. When we say calls/dials, we mean a 'Contact Attempt'. If someone were to pick up the phone, we would identify that as a 'Connection'
For example, if you receive a new lead and attempt to contact that same person twice in a day, that would equate to 2 dials.
