Common Errors with SMS

Not able to send texts to the leads/clients

If you're not able to send text messages to clients with Elite Realty CRM or seeing that the automated SMS messages are not being sent out, it is likely because you have not set up a phone number for your CRM.

Are there SMS/trial credits?

Every account that is created in Elite Realty CRM is credited $5 USD to start. This should be enough to purchase your first phone number and use calls and texts for several weeks, depending on usage.

How do you restart the drip campaign?

Yes. You can press the red "Unsuccesful" text inside of the conversation itself and it will resend. I would advise though just to let the drips continue themselves as you'll notice new messages will be sent.
