These instructions should be followed while using Elite Realty CRM from a Desktop/Laptop computer. These instructions cannot be followed on the mobile app.
Instructions
Log in to the CRM
Settings > Phone Numbers
Select 'Add Number' at the top-right > Add Phone Number
Change the Country drop-down menu to your correct country
Select Filter > In the search bar, type in your area code > Change 'Match To' dropdown menu to 'First part of number'
Apply
If you get no results, try a different area code.
When you see a number you like, select 'Proceed to Buy'
Select your number and 'Edit Configuration'
Add a forwarding number if you would like and make sure to disable 'Call Connect' feature > Save
Navigate to 'My Staff' on the left-hand menu
Edit the profile of the user who will be using this phone number
Scroll down and open 'Call & Voicemail Settings'
Change the 'Inbound Twilio Number' to the new nuumber you just set up.
Save
