Phone Number Initial Setup

How to set up your first phone number in Elite Realty CRM

These instructions should be followed while using Elite Realty CRM from a Desktop/Laptop computer. These instructions cannot be followed on the mobile app.

Instructions

  1. Log in to the CRM

  2. Settings > Phone Numbers

  3. Select 'Add Number' at the top-right > Add Phone Number

  4. Change the Country drop-down menu to your correct country

  5. Select Filter > In the search bar, type in your area code > Change 'Match To' dropdown menu to 'First part of number'

  6. Apply

    1. If you get no results, try a different area code.

    2. When you see a number you like, select 'Proceed to Buy'

  7. Select your number and 'Edit Configuration'

  8. Add a forwarding number if you would like and make sure to disable 'Call Connect' feature > Save

  9. Navigate to 'My Staff' on the left-hand menu

  10. Edit the profile of the user who will be using this phone number

  11. Scroll down and open 'Call & Voicemail Settings'

  12. Change the 'Inbound Twilio Number' to the new nuumber you just set up.

  13. Save
