Creating a Smart List
To create a Smart List, simply navigate to the "Contacts" tab in your account and click on the "More Filters" button at the top-right. You'll notice in the menu that pops up, after creating filters, you will be able to save these filters as a "Smart List"
Once you have added all your desired conditions, click on the "Save" button to create your Smart List.
You can re-open this criteria with ease in the future by clicking on the Smartlist.
Real-Time Updates
One of the key benefits of Smart Lists is their ability to update in real-time. This means that as contact data changes, your list will automatically update to reflect those changes. For example, if a contact's location changes, they will automatically be added or removed from your Smart List based on the conditions you have set.
Global Smartlists
If you ever have smartlists that you'd like to be shared with other users in your CRM, you can follow these instructions below.
Go to your Contacts Tab then select 'Manage Smart Lists' at the top-right. Press the 'Share' button on the right-hand side, as seen in the picture below.
Then you can checkmark who you would like to have access to the smartlist, then press save.
