How to Add Phone Numbers

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Phone Numbers > Add Number > Add Phone Number

  3. Change Country to your correct country

  4. Select filter

    1. Click on the 'Search by digit or phrases' field and enter a possible area code for the number you are looking to by

    2. Update 'Match To' and change it from 'Any part of number' to 'First part of number'

    3. Select Apply

  5. Select a phone number you would like to purchase then press 'Proceed to Buy'

  6. Repeat this step until you have enough phone numbers for as many agents needed

Be sure to select 'Edit Configuration' after purchasing a number and setup the number correctly. We recommend the following:

  • Enable Call Recording. Make sure to place a space inside to prevent any notifications about the call being recorded. Whatever is placed inside there will be spoken in a robot voice prior to a call connecting.

  • Turn off the Enable Call connect Feature

How to Assign Phone Numbers

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Staff

  2. Select the 'Pencil' icon on the agent you would like to assign a phone number to

  3. Scroll down to 'Call & Voicemail Settings' and press it

  4. Underneath 'Inbound Twilio Number' click the dropdown menu and select the number you would like to assign

  5. Scroll down to the bottom and press Save.
