How to Modify the Delay Between Texts/Email Automations
Click on 'Automation' in the Menu
Navigate to Lead Flow > Select the workflow you would like to modify
Note: You may have to modify several workflows if you have a larger team that has multiple workflows. In most cases, you will only have to modify 1-2 workflows for yourself if you are a solo agent.
Scroll down until you see Actions with a purple clock icon (see below)
These actions can be clicked on and modified to whatever timeframe you desire.
4. Go through the entire automation from top-to-bottom and modify the time between all automations.
5. Press 'Save' at the top.
