What To Do
Make sure your introduction is strong. If your introduction is weak, this will build sales resistance and the lead will find a way to get off the phone with you because they feel like they're not going to get any value from it.
Make sure you are using the ART Framework. If you aren't establishing common ground or any other differentiating factor at the start of the call, you will lack the ability to connect and get any good responses from your probing questions
