If you use Agent Elite as your CRM, this guide walks you through connecting it to Book More Showings so leads route directly into your Agent Elite account. Total setup time: 10–15 minutes.

19. Log in to Agent Elite.
20. Go to your Agent Elite Max dashboard → Settings.
21. In the left sidebar, click Integrations.
22. Look for the Zapier integration option (Agent Elite supports Zapier-based lead routing for most third-party sources). Note your Agent Elite Webhook URL or Zapier endpoint — you'll paste it into BMS in Step 2.
23. If your Agent Elite plan supports direct API access, copy your API key from Settings → Integrations → API.

24. Log in to your BMS dashboard.
25. Go to Settings → Integrations → CRM.
26. Find Agent Elite in the list and click "Connect."
27. Paste your Webhook URL (or API key, if your plan uses direct API).
28. Choose your default lead settings:
• Source label — what tag appears on leads in Agent Elite (default: "Book More Showings")
• Default lead pipeline / stage — where new leads land
• Default agent assignment — who gets leads if no specific rule applies 29. Click "Save & Test." The system will push a test lead through.

31. Look for a lead named "BMS Test Lead" with email [email protected].
32. If you see it, you're connected. Delete the test lead.
33. If you don't see it after 5 minutes, check your BMS dashboard for connection status. Common causes of failure:
• Webhook URL was copied with whitespace or a trailing slash — re-paste carefully
• Agent Elite plan doesn't include the Zapier or API integration — confirm with Agent Elite support
• Lead routing rules in Agent Elite are filtering out the test lead — check Settings → Lead Distribution

Leads landing in Agent Elite but going to the wrong agent: Agent Elite uses its own routing rules under Settings → Lead Distribution. Our integration sends leads to your default routing — configure agent assignment there.
Drip campaigns not triggering on new leads: Drip campaigns in Agent Elite usually trigger off lead source. Make sure your drip campaign is configured to fire on the source label you set in Step 2.
IDX integration conflict: If you also use Agent Elite's IDX features, leads from BMS will be tagged separately from your IDX leads. This is intentional — keeps the two sources distinguishable in reporting.
