If you are using Elite Realty CRM, notifications of leads entering your system will be delivered to you via Push Notification on the mobile app. If you have not yet installed the mobile app, you can learn how to do so here.
IMPORTANT: In order for notifications to be setup properly, you will need to set them up yourself using one of three possible methods below:
Push Notification
This is the default and recommended method to receive notifications. When following along in the video above, you only need to change the round-robin assignee to yourself and then press 'Save'
SMS or Email Notification
If you'd like to receive SMS notifications or Emails, please watch the video below to learn how to modify your automations so you can have a custom notification.
