Setting Up Team Permissions

To access team permissions you will go to Settings > My Staff and then select the pencil icon to modify permissions

Our Recommended Permissions for Team Members

These are the settings we would recommend. It's important to note that "Only Assigned Data" is an important setting that will depend on your team.

What does Only Assigned Data mean?

When toggled on, this means that users within your CRM will only be able to view contacts that are specifically assigned to them. If this is turned off, that means other agents will be able to view all contacts in the CRM regardless of that lead being assigned to them.

The best practice would be to always keep this on, though some teams who are smaller and have a cohesive team culture are able to thrive while sharing access to all leads for collaboration. This is what we call "The Speed of Trust" for those able to achieve it.

When to enable only assigned data

We believe toggling Only Assigned Data ON is beneficial and eventually mandatory for teams that are larger and scaled.
