We've found that there are two common causes of why ad accounts are disabled.
Payment Methods Declining: This will happen because the way Facebook bills new accounts. With multiple small charges, it's not uncommon for banks to flag the charges as suspicious. This can be easily solved by calling the bank and lifting the hold.
False Flags: It is common amongst the Facebook Advertiser community to agree that Meta will employ automations and computers to monitor ad account behaviour. By automating this activity, we believe its common for accounts to be falsely banned without notice.

In Business Support Home, click Account status overview in the left menu.
Click the restricted account that you want to troubleshoot.
In the What you can do section, click Request review.
