At Book More Showings, we do not provide any third-party reporting software for your ads specifically. The reason we don't include reporting is because it is already built-in within your Facebook Ads + Google Ads account and can be easily reviewed by yourself. We will show you how to do this below.

How we monitor your performance

We have an internal dashboard (Both digitally and live televisions in-office) operating 24/7 to view all of our clients campaigns at a glance and have internal protocols to manually review and edit (if necessary) underperforming campaigns every 72 hours. This applies to every single clients campaign, whether it be on Facebook Ads or Google Ads, and helps us adhere to our performance standards.

Example of our Internal Performance Dashboard. The box highlighted in red is what we call a 'Delinquent Ad' and it will automatically trigger an automation for our marketing team who will then go and make necessary adjustments.

How you can monitor your performance

Some of our agents want to be more involved in campaigns and observe the metrics to see how and sometimes why our ads perform the way that they do. An important note to our clients is that our performance don't necessarily rely on technical details like targeting settings visible within the Facebook Ad account itself.

A big reason for our campaigns performance are due to the adherence in our internal onboarding protocol where we build each agent their own unique Conversions API. Despite the changes that occurred in 2019 with Facebook Ads, we've been able to consistently generate quality leads throughout the year by investing in building this infrastructure for every client. For further information, you can watch the video below.

Viewing your Facebook Ads Performance

In order to view your Facebook Ad performance, you can follow these steps.

  1. Select the Business Portfolio account which you have your Facebook Ads in. This will be the same account used in your onboarding process

  2. In the new window that opens, inside of the left-hand column, select Accounts > Ad Accounts > Select your ad account on the right-hand side

  3. Select 'Open in Ads Manager' at the top right

  4. You will now be inside of your Facebook Ad account and can see different Campaigns and columns indicating their performance

Which Facebook metrics are important?

Ultimately, the most important metric is CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), which will be hard to track for most agents, though you can typically find this out with a simple formula = (Amount Spent on Ads in a Given Period) / (Facebook Leads Closed).

From a top-of-funnel marketing perspective, we like to observe both Click-through-rate and Cost-per-lead. I'll elaborate on this point further in the video below:
