When we use Google or Facebook ads to promote your business, there is a two week optimization period. This means that during this time, we are constantly adjusting and refining our ads to get the best results for your business. While we do deploy your ad with all of your specific settings and market area, we cannot guarantee that all leads coming in will be within your target area during this optimization period.
This is due to the nature of online consumer behavior. Even though we are targeting a specific market, there may be individuals outside of that area who are interested in your business and click on the ad. While we could filter out these leads, we believe it is more beneficial for you to receive them. Not only are you paying for these leads, but you may also be able to refer them out or work with them if you wish.
