Checking Dial Count in Elite Realty CRM

  1. Go to Reporting

  2. Click on 'Call Reporting' at the top of the screen

  3. Select the dates you wish to view a report from

  4. Make sure to select the 'Outgoing' tab instead of 'Incoming'

  5. Scroll down and you will be able to see dial count as well as recordings and time-stamps from when the dials occured
