Apply Filter:
Mark the "Never send it to Spam" option.
Click "Create filter."

Open the Gmail app.
Go to the Spam or Junk folder.
Select a message.
Choose "Report not spam."
How to Whitelist an Email in Outlook
Sign in to Outlook.com.
Open Settings:

Add Safe Senders:
